Public hearing on a request to the United States Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) to redesignate New Castle County, Delaware to â€œattainmentâ€ under the 1997 annual and 2006 daily PM2.5 National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), and an associated proposed revision to its State Implementation Plan (SIP).
