The Workers' Compensation Task Force was established by the General Assembly and Governor to address the recent increase in workers' compensation rates. Section 9 of HB175 continues its existence through 6/30/14, so that it can chart the impact of the reforms it recommended and make further recommendations for cost savings as necessary. All meetings will be open to the public, allow public comment, and will be audio-recorded and posted on the Lieutenant Governor's website.
