Hearing on an application submitted by Diamond Materials to add 200 Marsh Lane, New Castle, to their permit for the operation of a portable crusher, impactor, and screener. The Company requests to crush the 100,000 tons of material that is currently at 200 Marsh Lane. Once this 100,000 tons of material is crushed and removed authority to operate the crusher at 200 Marsh Lane will cease. No additional material will be received at 200 March Lane for crushing by Diamond Materials.
The application, the "draft" permit (APC-2008/0087), all materials that the applicant has submitted (other than those granted confidential treatment under DNREC rules), and a copy or summary of other materials, if any, considered in preparing the "draft" permit may be inspected at the office of the Division of Air Quality, Blue Hen Corporate Center, 655 S. Bay Road, Suite 5 N, Dover or 715 Grantham Lane, New Castle. Interested parties may submit comments in writing on this renewal application and draft permit prior to the public hearing, or comments may be presented either orally or in writing at the public hearing.
