Public Hearing to receive comments on Proposed Revisions to 1375 Regulations Governing Hazardous Substance Cleanup.
The hearing record on the proposed changes to the Regulations Governing Hazardous Substance Cleanup will open April 1, 2015, and it will close on May 14, 2015. For additional information, please contact Kate Durant at (302)395-2600. ; The Regulations Governing Hazardous Substance Cleanup were adopted in 1996. Proposed revisions are to create new regulations for determination of "Conditional No Further Action," update the procedures for providing notice in land records, and clarify certain definitions.
