Interested persons are encouraged to participate in the development of the stateâ€™s six-year Capital Transportation Program (CTP) for Fiscal Years 2017 â€“ 2022, by attending public hearings to be held in August & September. The hearings are jointly sponsored by the Council on Transportation and the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT).
The hearings provide an opportunity to review current and suggested transportation projects. The hearings also include capital investments for DART First State public transit and will be used to satisfy the public involvement requirements of Federal Transit Administration Section 5307. The meeting locations are accessible to persons having disabilities. Any person having special needs or requiring special aid, such as an interpreter for the hearing impaired, is requested to contact DelDOT by phone or mail one week in advance of the planned event.
