House Bill 147, which was passed by the General Assembly and signed by Governor Markell in 2015, requires executive branch agencies to review their existing regulations to determine whether they should be amended or rescinded. Pursuant to 29 Del. C. Â§ 10407, the Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) will be conducting a review of all its regulations that have not been updated in the last four years.
