Public hearing on an application submitted by Luther Towers II to operate an emergency generator at 1420 N. Franklin Street, Wilmington. By Permit: APC-2016/0119-C/O, the emergency generator will be permitted to emit no more than 2 TPY of NOx, 0.4 TPY of CO, 0.13 TPY of SOx, 0.14 TPY of PM, and 0.16 TPY of THC.
The application maybe inspected at the offices of the Division of Air Quality, 100 W. Water Street, Suite 6A, Dover, and at 715 Grantham Lane, New Castle. To submit comments, for additional information or for an appointment to inspect the application, please contact Angela Marconi or Mohamed Mellaouch, in the New Castle Office at (302) 323-4542. Statements and testimony may be presented orally or in written form before the hearing. Persons who want to speak at the public hearing are encouraged to register in advance no later than June 24 and this registration will be used to determine the order of speakers at the public hearing.
