The JJC seeks to create comprehensive and sustainable processes to establish a more effective and efficient juvenile justice system in which system and community partners work in tandem. This will be accomplished by holding youth accountable while redirecting their lives; promoting community safety; maximizing resources through the engagement of partners, youth, and families; using data-driven decisions and offering services that are strength-based, gender-responsive and culturally competent.
