House Bill 147 requires executive branch agencies to review their existing regulations to determine whether they should be amended or rescinded. The Delaware Department of Safety and Homeland Security will be conducting a review of its regulations that have been adopted in the last four years. As part of the review process, DSHS will hold public hearings and accept written comments and suggestions on its regulations.
The Department will be soliciting input from the public thru September 1, 2016. Comments can also be submitted online at dshs.delaware.gov.
