The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) provides public notice of the following applications received from the City of Rehoboth Beach (Applicant) to construct and operate improvements to the wastewater treatment facility located on Bay Road, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County. The improvements include a pump station, a force main, and a proposed Ocean Outfall location approximately one mile offshore in the Atlantic Ocean.
The public hearing will receive comments from public speakers with priority given to preregistered speakers followed by speakers who sign up at the public hearing.
