Conduct an additional public hearing on the draft/proposed federally enforceable 7 DE Admin. Code 1102 construction/operation permits (Permit: APC-1995/0471-C/O(A5), Permit: APC-1980/0868-C/O(A5), Permit: APC-1980/0869-C/O(A7) and Permit: APC-1988/0125-C(A6)) for the DE City Refining Co LLC and the Delaware City Logistics Company LLC.
The permit, if approved by the Department and the EPA, would allow the construction and operation of equipment to load ethanol at the Marine Piers and the truck Marketing Terminal as part of the Ethanol Marketing Project. The project is expected to result in reductions of 9.8 tons/year of VOCs.
