Mobility in Motion and Crowdsourcing Tools-Marcia Scott, Associate Policy Scientist, Institue for Public Administration, University of Delaware (assisted by Julia OHanlon, primary investigator, and research assistants Brian Polito and James Renman). b. Project Status and Median Safety Initiatives Update (US 13, US 40 to Memorial Drive Pedestrian Improvements) Mark Luszcz, Chief Traffic Engineer, DelDOT; Mark Tudor, Assistant Director, Transportation Engineering, DelDOT; Phil Horsey, Pennoni Associates. 6.
