The Development and Public Affairs Committee is a standing committee of Delaware Technical Community Colleges Board of Trustees with the primary responsibility of assisting the Board in the advancement of the College by enriching its long-term fiscal health and building a culture of giving. The Committee will oversee the raising of funds against strategic goals and increase the ability of the College to engage in such fundraising.
The Committee is also charged with monitoring the political, economic, social, and public policy environment in which the College operates, identifying through external and government relations, communications, and marketing activities those issues that directly impact the College and recommending appropriate courses of action.
