The Delaware State Review Board for Historic Preservation serves as the advisory body to the state historic preservation officer, the official appointed by the governor to oversee and implement the state's preservation policies in accordance with federal standards. As part of its responsibilities, the State Review Board evaluates historic properties for placement in the National Register of Historic Places, and provides professional advice on historic preservation matters.
At this meeting, the State Review Board will consider the following nomination for submission to the National Park Service for listing in the National Register of Historic Places: the American Vulcanized Fibre Company in Wilmington. In keeping with Gov. Carney's Phase II guidance regarding COVID-19, this meeting will be conducted remotely, via internet on Webex or by telephone. In accordance with the Delaware Freedom of Information Act, members of the public may attend the meeting remotely. Copies of the minutes will be made available upon request in accordance with the law. Written comments may be submitted prior to the meeting date. The public may also submit comments and questions online during the virtual meeting.
